| July 3 | American Wines, 5-8pm. $10 |
| Thursday |
A special Thursday event
preceding the July 4th Holiday! We will celebrate American wines
with selections from the west coast (and beyond!) in a special upgraded
$10 flight of 5 wines. Only one bottle each of any selection will
be opened, followed by a new selection next! We will start with 5
outstanding wines including Beresan's Stone River, Chateau Montelena
Zinfandel, Abeja Chardonnay, Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir and Amity Pinot
Blanc.

Two vendors face off with
their choice of wines in a competition to see whose wines are the crowd
favorites! Special one-night-only discounts will be offered to
sweeten the deals tonight! Competing will be Lisa from Vehrs
(purveyor of such classics as Duckhorn, Silver Oak, Storybook and the
entire Italian book of Small Vineyards!) pitted against Lonnie Chandler,
owner of Vancouver's own Vintage Distributing (the representative for
most of our Walla Walla favorites including Beresan, Patit Creek,
Forgeron, Sheridan, Russell Creek and more!)

| July 25 | Tuscany by Small Vineyards, 5-8pm. $10 |
| Saturday | Once again we'll feature a line up of new and exciting selections from the catalog of Small Vineyards Imports, the Seattle-based distributor of hand-picked selections from tiny producers throughout Italy. Included in this tasting will be both reds and whites, some of which were imported only for our Direct Import offer...selections that won't be available for long because extra is not available! Taste through a delicious Irpina Code de Volpe and Martorana's Colona Nero d'Avola, as well as Barbera, Prosecco and more! |

| Saturday | We've been working for months to choose a great assortment of premium sake wines from Japan and the U.S. Now it's time to share them with you! We'll open up 5 different styles this afternoon. |

| Wednesday | Our first class in wine enjoyment teaches how to taste wines, gives you a wine vocabulary to describe flavors, shows the basics of food pairing and how to properly serve wines with the proper glassware & temperature! Reservations required. Limited to the first 18 guests. |

public events can be made in person, via e-mail, or by calling us.

for the two locations this website serves. Due to the private and limited space offered by Salut! Wine Co. for special events, and to ensure the proper foods and wines are prepared for each individual guest, we take reservations for all sit-down events, and ask for prepayment for these reservations up to a month ahead of the event. Unpaid reservations are
accepted, but payment is required to continue holding seats when/if the
event is sold to capacity. In the event we are unable to contact
you for payment when an event reaches capacity, the requested seat(s)
will be forfeited to any guests on a waiting list able to pre-pay for
their reservation. |
