Martin & Weyrich Moscato Allegro

We call this California sweet wine "the tall bottle".  It's a great, easy drinking crowd pleaser with tons of apricot flavor and light effervescence.

Steak House Red

The Magnificent Wine Co. of Mattawa Washington produces this fun label and 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.  Dry & spicy, it's a natural match for a big cut of red meat and a hearty side dish.

Cycles Gladiator Syrah

A lush, full California offering with enough interesting spice to round out the blackberry fruit and create a wine worthy of BBQ and gatherings.

Ridgefield Cinnamon Teal

This year it's a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cab Franc, from Washington's Sandhill Winery of the Red Mountain region.  A long-standing shop favorite everyday-priced red.

Amberhill Cabernet Sauvignon by Raymond

Finding any amount of structure in a $10 California Cab isn't easy, but this black cherry, full-bodied value lets loose with plenty of heft.  The tannins are light, and the finish is long with berry and hints of chocolate.

Bogle Petite Sirah

A California offering with great complexity, full body, wonderful fruit flavors in dark fruit.  Round and balanced, this is our first suggestion when people are looking for a smooth new red wine to drink everyday.

14 Hands Cabernet

A delicious fruit-forward value from Washington.  A favorite of many, who often find this wine on the wine list of their favorite restaurant.

A consistently juicy, rich and dark California Zin with flavors of "licorice, plum, pepper and vanilla".  A great match for spicy full bodied foods like sausage, Indian, Mexican and more.

Washington's Maryhill Winery produces a wide range of selections, all of great value and quality including this fruity and smooth white.  Vanilla and peach brighten a lightly oaked palate.

Hidden Jewel Viognier

The Viognier grape isn't as obscure as it once was...today it's known for its pear and apricot flavors and bigger body than Riesling and softer character than Pinot Gris.  Great for fans of unoaked Chardonnay, too. 

This 'restaurant only' wine is full of character and flavor while remaining smooth.  Full-bodied roundness is a surprising feature of this everyday value.

McManis Family Zinfandel

We call delicious reds like this "gulpable" because of their ample fruit character, value price, and enjoyable complexity.  It's not necessary to have food around to enjoy this wine.  Just enjoy it for what it is...a great drinking, smooth, round, dark and tasty California red!

Latah Huckleberry D'Latah

Sweet flavors of the Northwest's indigenous wild berries are interspersed with white Riesling...pear and berry match with ample acidity to pair this wine with cheesy brunch or picnic fare.

Callia Alta Shiraz

Sandhill Merlot

One of the best vintages ever of this release from the famed Red Mountain district of Washington's Yakima Valley.  Full of bright cherry flavors, balanced acidity, and medium-full body.

Maryhill Zinfandel

Woodward Canyon Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon

A Washington cellar-collectable classic.  Each release honors a NW wine pioneer with a wine of impressive balance, structure and complexity.  Dark cherry, oak, leather. 

La Storia Zinfandel

Huge dark raspberry flavors fill the full body palate, with hints of chocolate, cherry and white pepper spice following soon.  An exceptional wine to serve by the glass for an afternoon siesta or a contemplative relaxing evening.

As close to Amarone as one can get without spending twice as much or more.  Lonardi masterfully creates this full-bodied red using partially-dried Italian grapes to bring forth jammy cassis, raisin and plum flavors.

Sandhill Cabernet Sauvignon

The 1999 vintage was listed in Wine Enthusiast's Top 100 Wines of the year.  The 2004 may be even better!  It is an impressive wine with a big, full, fruit-forward palate of black cherry along with ample integrated tannins worthy of a few years of aging.  A favorite Washington wine for Salut! .

Klinker Brick Old Vine Zinfandel

This Lodi Zin offers up a bit more pepper spice than most, with ample dark fruit remaining for a drier styled release with plenty of character.  A perfect compliment to hearty white meat meals including pork, turkey and chicken roasts. 

We beg people to ignore the rantings of the fictional Sideways character and enjoy this full-bodied Walla Walla release.  It's delectable cherry and generous structure will make a fan of all who imbibe.
 

Irony Pinot Noir

Lightly oaked, the vanilla hints lie beneath a diverse palate ripe with pineapple, yellow apple, tropical fruits and refreshing acidity.  From Washington's Walla Walla region by one of the state's few female winemakers.

Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp and clean New Zealand Sauv Blanc, full of the citrus fruit you would expect from the best Marlborough wines, along with nuanced mineral notes for pairing with fresh shellfish, seafood salads, and so much more..

DeLille D2 Red

A tremendously good cellar-candidate.  The 4th vintage from Gibbons Lane winery of Washington filled with chocolate, rich full body, a long finish.  Collect a vertical in the years to come & enjoy in 2012.

Maryhill Reserve Zinfandel

A Reserve version of Maryhill's very popular Zin.  This plump and fruity wine has a crisp midsection which highlights the fun dark fruit flavors and pairs well with peppery game meats or hearty Mexican fare.

Winemaker Thomas Glaser jams loads of dark fruit into his Cab, Merlot, Syrah and blended releases from Walla Walla, Washington.  This is the highly-rated Cab Salut!'s owner shares with his father at Christmastime.

Tamarack Cellars Merlot

Ron Coleman, owner and winemaker at Tamarack, leaves structure and character in his wines from Walla Walla.  This is a wine packed with complexity and earns the description of a "thinking man's wine" to ponder.  Rated "Oustanding" by Wine Press Northwest.

Runquist Cabernet Franc

Enjoy the light spice behind bright berry fruit and full body that comes from the typical California style of Cab Franc.  A well-crafted wine with very light tannins to accompany lean white meats in complex or spicy meals.
